After we receive the deposit payment, we will start obtaining the necessary building approvals. Your project manager will then contact you to discuss the scope of work and the schedule of works.

Can I stay in my home during the renovations?
In most cases, homeowners can remain in their homes during a renovation. However, you may experience some noise and disruption, so it’s a good idea to discuss this with your project manager.
What should I expect during the renovations process?
During the work, you may notice some noise, materials and debris temporarily stored in your yard, and limited access to certain areas of your property. Your project manager will keep you informed about the progress throughout the process.
What warranties do I get on completion of my renovations?
Our materials come with a manufacturer’s warranty and meet Australian standards. Additionally, we provide a workmanship guarantee in line with industry regulations and best practices.
Will the renovations improve my home’s energy efficiency?
Choosing energy-efficient materials, such as insulation, and installing roof ventilators can improve energy efficiency, helping to regulate indoor temperatures and reduce energy costs.
